Warranty Policy
At Vinalls, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is designed to protect against faults in materials or workmanship.
What’s Covered
We will replace or repair products found to have a manufacturing defect under normal use.
Examples may include:
- Faulty frame construction
- Manufacturing defects in lenses
- Faulty assembly or components
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Vinalls.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Scratches to lenses or frames
- Broken products
- Crash damage or impact damage
- Damage caused by improper use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage from regular use
- Damage caused by modifications or attempted repairs
Products damaged through riding accidents, drops, crashes, or improper handling will not be considered defective.

- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Additional Information
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- Vinalls reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions
- This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights
