Lifetime Warranty

At Vinalls Optics, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why Vinalls eyewear is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s covered?

Our lifetime warranty covers faults caused by materials or manufacturing, including:

• Faulty frame components
• Manufacturing defects in lenses
• Defective hinges, nose pieces or other fitted parts
• Products that fail during normal use because of a manufacturing issue

What isn’t covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratches or damage to lenses
• Accidental damage, crashes, drops or impacts
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect or incorrect cleaning
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Loss or theft
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect the product’s performance
• Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme heat

Who is covered?

The warranty applies only to the original owner and cannot be transferred. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase from Vinalls Optics or an authorised Vinalls stockist.

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable usable lifetime of the product while it remains owned by the original purchaser.

Making a claim

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us through our website and include:

• Your name and order number
• Proof of purchase
• A short description of the fault
• Clear photographs showing the issue

We’ll assess the product and, if the claim is approved, repair it or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If the original model or colour is no longer available, we may offer the closest available alternative.

Vinalls Optics reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

Your statutory rights

This warranty gives you additional protection and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
